OrgoDrill™ by Swift Mart LLC · Effective October 28, 2026
This explains what OrgoDrill ("we", "us", meaning Swift Mart LLC, doing business as OrgoDrill) collects and why. The short version: we collect very little, we never see your card number, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Email address for a saved trial or a purchase. When you choose to save your trial, or continue a trial past Chapter 1, we receive the email address you submit, derive a protected identifier from it, and associate that identifier with your trial and saved progress. The trial and progress records do not retain the address in plain text. We pass the address to our existing email delivery provider to send the requested sign-in or restore message. The protected identifier lets us find the same trial and enforce the one-trial rule without storing the address in those records. If you tick “Also email me on day 2 and before my free trial ends,” or tap “Remind me” on the optional reminder prompt, we keep your address with your trial record to send those two trial emails. We don’t send them after you buy a plan, and we remove the address when the trial ends. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email or by replying. If you buy, checkout happens on a page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects your email, card, and billing details. We never see or store your card number. From Stripe we receive your email, a customer ID, what you bought, the amount, the date, and whether the payment or subscription is active, cancelled, or refunded.
- Study progress and browser storage. OrgoDrill stores lesson progress, practice results, preferences, and access tokens in your browser. When you save your email for a trial, we also store a copy of study progress on our servers with that trial and its protected email-derived identifier so it can be restored in another browser or on another device. This can include answers and results, lesson and chapter completion, review schedules, and study preferences. Browser settings and access tokens remain on the device as needed to run the app. Clearing browser data removes that local copy; it does not automatically delete the saved server copy or reset your trial end date.
- To stop accidental duplicate free trials, when you start a trial we briefly keep a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address and browser. It can't be turned back into your IP address, it isn't linked to your account, and it's deleted automatically after 15 minutes.
- Technical logs. Our host (Vercel) and our servers may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages or API calls requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Where you came from (first-touch source). If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example
utm_source,utm_campaign) or an ad click ID, we store those tags in your browser for 30 days and attach them to your purchase record at Stripe, so we can tell which ads or sites bring in customers. We do not combine them with other data about you. - Advertising measurement (OpenAI / ChatGPT ads). We may advertise in ChatGPT. On our landing, pricing and purchase-confirmation pages we may load OpenAI's Measurement Pixel, which tells OpenAI that an ad visit led to an action such as starting a lesson, starting checkout or completing a purchase (plan and amount). We do not send OpenAI your name, email or card details. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the pixel is not loaded. OpenAI processes this data under its own privacy policy. We use no other analytics or advertising trackers besides the OpenAI and Meta pixels described in this section. We also keep our own basic usage analytics: your browser stores a random ID (no name, email or other personal details) in local storage so we can count visits, including repeat visits, and which steps were used. It isn't shared with advertisers. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we don't create it or send these events.
- Advertising measurement (Meta: Facebook and Instagram ads). We may advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our site loads Meta's Pixel. Meta's Pixel sets a cookie (
_fbp) and tells Meta about page views and a few actions, such as starting Chapter 1, finishing the first guided problem, viewing plans, starting checkout and completing a purchase (plan and amount). We use this to measure and improve our ads. We do not send Meta your name, email or card details. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the pixel is not loaded. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy), and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. - Save-progress prompts and restore links. The save-progress email form sends your address to OrgoDrill, which associates a protected identifier derived from the address with your trial. We send an email containing a sign-in and restore link so you can recover saved progress and the same trial, including when moving from Instagram's or Facebook's in-app browser to Safari or Chrome. We use these messages to provide the requested service. Saving your trial email is not consent to unrelated marketing.
How we use it
To provide the lessons, unlock paid access, process refunds and cancellations, tell you about billing events, answer support requests, keep the site secure, and fix problems. We use campaign tags and the OpenAI and Meta pixels only to measure which ads work; we don't build advertising profiles about you.
We also use protected email-derived identifiers and trial records to preserve the original trial dates, prevent repeat free trials, save study progress, and provide sign-in and restore links. We do not send saved trial email addresses or study answers to advertising platforms.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run OrgoDrill: Stripe (payments), OpenAI (ad measurement, as described above), Meta (ad measurement, as described above), Vercel (hosting and storage of trial and saved progress records) and Resend (delivery of sign-in, restore, and trial service emails). They process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the ad-measurement events described above, we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Other data we hold about you is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Saved progress is kept for as long as needed to provide the restore service. Trial records may be retained after the free trial ends so returning users receive the same end date and are not granted another free trial. You can request deletion using the contact information below. Any limited record retained after a deletion request to prevent abuse or comply with law will be described in our response where applicable.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can use the free content without saving an email, skip the optional save prompts, and clear local progress by clearing your browser's site data. Continuing an active trial into Chapter 2 requires saving an email. Clearing browser data does not delete server-saved trial records or progress; to request deletion of those records, email support@orgodrill.com. To ask us to delete the information we hold about you, or to see what it is, email support@orgodrill.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and typically within 30 days. Some records (for example payment records) may need to be kept by law, and Stripe keeps its own records under its own policy.
Children
OrgoDrill is for people age 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Payments use Stripe's hosted checkout over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to lose.
Sign-in and restore links grant access to the saved trial and progress. Keep them private. We use links that expire after 15 minutes and may be redeemed once, along with server-side checks for access, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
