Terms of Use

OrgoDrill™ by Swift Mart LLC · Effective October 26, 2026 · Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms are between you and Swift Mart LLC, doing business as OrgoDrill ("OrgoDrill", "we", "us"). By using orgodrill.com you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What OrgoDrill is

OrgoDrill is a study aid for organic chemistry: interactive 3D models, short lessons and practice questions. It is not a substitute for your course, instructor, textbook or official exam materials. Scores and readiness estimates are only estimates, not predictions of any grade. Content is provided as is and may contain mistakes. If you find one, please tell us.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use OrgoDrill with a parent or guardian's permission, especially before buying anything.

3. Plans and billing

A bundle is a separate purchase from the 3-day free trial. The trial needs no card, ends on its own and never turns into a paid plan.

Free trial and school codes. You can begin studying Chapter 1 without an email address or card. If you have started a 3-day free trial, you must save an email address before continuing into Chapter 2. Saving your email keeps the same trial and its original end date; it does not start a new trial. You may also save your email earlier to restore your progress and trial in another browser or on another device. There is one free trial per person and email address. Returning with an email already used for a trial restores that trial, including its original end date, and does not grant another free trial. The trial requires no card, ends automatically, and does not charge you. After it ends, the free content (Chapters 1 and 11) remains available. A school code from your course gives 14 days of access, also with no card and no charge. During a trial or school-code period you can read every cheat sheet in the app, but downloading printable cheat-sheet PDFs requires a paid Monthly plan or Semester pass for the relevant semester.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or plans going forward; a price change never affects a semester pass you already bought, and for monthly plans we will tell you before a new price applies to you.

4. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your purchase (the semester pass or bundle payment, or the first monthly payment). See the Refunds page for how. A refund ends your paid access, and a refunded monthly plan is cancelled at the same time. If you dispute a payment with your bank, only the access paid for by that payment ends (in every course it covers); your other purchases are not affected. A bundle refund covers the whole payment and ends the access it paid for in every included course. We do not offer refunds for just one course in a bundle. Any partial refund or bank dispute also ends the access paid for by that bundle in every included course.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel a monthly plan yourself at any time, in two clicks: choose My plan in the page header, then Cancel subscription. You can also use the Stripe billing portal linked from the same panel. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees. The semester pass has nothing to cancel because it never renews.

6. Your access

When you buy, your browser stores an access token so the paid lessons unlock on that device. Access is for one learner. Please don't share your access or try to get around the paywall. We may limit access that appears to be shared or abused.

When you save your email for a trial, we associate a protected identifier derived from that email with your trial and study progress, and send you a sign-in and restore link. Opening the link in another browser or on another device restores the saved progress and the same trial. Links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once; request a new link if needed. Keep access to the email address you save, and do not share restore links or trial access with other people. Clearing browser data does not erase a trial or restart its original trial period.

7. Acceptable use

Don't: copy, scrape or resell the lessons or models; attempt to break, probe or overload the site or its payment flow; use OrgoDrill to cheat on an exam where that is prohibited; or use it in any way that breaks the law.

8. Ownership and third-party software

OrgoDrill's lessons, text, design and code belong to Swift Mart LLC, and OrgoDrill™ is our mark. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the site for your own study. 3D rendering uses three.js, which is available under the MIT License.

9. Disclaimers

OrgoDrill is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will improve your grades.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Swift Mart LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost grades, data or profits, arising from your use of OrgoDrill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use OrgoDrill after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
